Cookie Shots

Lately, cookie shots have been very popular.  However, I don’t know if they would be peanut free.  I found this amazing recipe online.  It is really delicious!!  Here are some notes on Milk-And-Cookie Shots.

  1. I used a cupcake pan instead of a popover pan.  It worked, but the cookies were shorter.
  2. Instead of using chocolate candy melts, I used melted chocolate chips.
  3. For the milk, I found it more delicious adding a little bit of sugar, cream and vanilla.  Add to taste.
  4. So that the cookie shots lasted longer, I froze them.  Before eating, I warmed them up in a toaster oven on warm for about 10-20 minutes, depending on the temperature (not too hot!!).
